Start by removing the existing
yoke assembly.

Unscrew the thumb screw at the
bottom of the ammonia scrubber (AS) housing.

Place the thumb screw to the
side for use on the new yoke assembly.

Using a 1/8" allen wrench,
remove both shoulder screws threaded through the yoke arm.

Remove the existing yoke arm.

Place two of the plastic
washers, used on the existing yoke assembly to the side for
use on the new yoke.

Attach the supplied heater
jacket around the AS shell using the hood and loop fastener
strip.

Install the new yoke arm by
placing one of the new spacers on the inside of the yoke arm
between the AS top and the yoke arm.

Place one of the plastic
washers, set aside from step 6, on the outside of the new
yoke arm.

Thread a new shoulder bolt
through the plastic washer, yoke arm hole and spacer into
the AS top.

Repeat steps 8 thru 10 for the
other side.

Reattach the thumb screw
through the bottom of the new yoke arm.

Connect 120/240 VAC power
supply lines to the power supply lines on the heater jacket.

Allow heater jacket to run for
approx. 15-30 minutes before starting sample flow.

The heater is equipped with a
thermocouple and thermostat to regulate the power
requirements of the heater.
