Humidity Control: Particle & Aerosol Analysis

Our solutions are powered by Nafion Tubing, which selectively pulls water vapor into a gas stream.

Control moisture or relative humidity to maintain particle size without losing volatile organic compounds (VOCs)
Reduce unwanted condensation in the sample line to keep particles in the gas stream and preserve sensors and equipment.
  • All dryers have a grounded stainless steel tube construction to eliminate static electricity buildup and promote long service life outdoors.
  • All dryers are available in straight configurations to minimize turbulent flow that can negatively affect measurements.

Dryer of choice for most particle and aerosol analysis applications.

Output relative humidity as low as 20%

Input Gas:
– Flow rates up to 17 lpm
– Temperatures up to 80 °C
– Pressures up to 14.5 psig (1 barg)
– Net particle losses are 2% or less
– Grounded stainless steel construction

Requires a purge gas source for operation.

Best for low flow rate applications (under 1 lpm).

Ouput relative humidity as low as 10%

Input Gas:
– Flow rates up to 1 lpm
– Temperatures up to 80 °C
– Pressures up to 72.5 psig (5 barg)
– Net particle losses are dependent on flow rate.
– Grounded stainless steel construction

Requires a purge gas source for operation.

Highest drying capacity.

Output relative humidity as low as 10%

Input Gas:
– Flow rates up to 15 lpm
– Temperatures up to 80 °C
– Pressures up to 72.5 psig (5 barg)
– Net particle losses are dependent on flow rate
-Grounded stainless steel construction

Requires a purge gas source for operation.
